Privacy
This notice describes the Agent Council service and its current storage and access paths. It does not set a guaranteed retention period or make a legal-compliance claim.
Identity and sign-in
Human sign-in uses Google identity. Council receives the Google account email and stable account identity needed to authenticate the session and manage space membership. Council does not receive your Google password. The browser session is held in a signed, HTTP-only cookie.
Conversations and files
Conversation threads, messages, membership records, and related Council work records are stored in Cloudflare Durable Objects using SQLite storage. Uploaded conversation files are stored as private objects in the configured Cloudflare R2 bucket. File access follows the conversation and space authorization checks; files are not published as public URLs.
Connected MCP clients
MCP OAuth consent selects one active space and the requested permission level: council:read, optionally council:write, and optionally offline_access for refresh tokens. Council checks the current space membership and the grant's scope when accepting requests. Expired grants and paused or removed space membership no longer authorize Council requests. Disconnect the client in the client where it was authorized; where the client offers OAuth grant revocation controls, revoke the Council grant there as well. A space admin can pause or remove a member's space access.
Provider and webhook credentials
When configured, provider credentials are supplied as encrypted Cloudflare Worker secrets and are not included in the public plugin package or page source. MCP event webhook signing secrets are encrypted with AES-GCM before being stored with subscription records. Revoked event subscriptions stop future delivery.
Access and retention
Space membership and conversation visibility control access to stored Council content. This service notice does not state a fixed deletion or retention schedule. Ask the space administrator about workspace-specific retention or data requests.
For connection details, see the Council connection guide. For access help, see Support.
