Connections expire within 60 seconds unless renewed. Closing means cleanup is pending, not complete.

Use the exact installed host identity. Local host restrictions still apply. A grant cannot install accounts, SSH keys, provider rules, or host enforcement. Managed credential reveal is unavailable until host cleanup can be verified.
